The Harry Hill Movie

If I'm honest, I was a bit disappointed with the Harry Hill film. It was good but I bet if I could go back in time and change this film so it was exactly the same except one thing was changed, and that thing was someone else playing Harry's part, EVERYONE will say that they thought the movie was terrible. It did have some good bits though that were quite funny, but then some random bits that were hard to understand, for example when Harry's evil brother (Otto) attempted to catch Harry and 'Nan' he released two giant brains with mouths, sharp teeth and legs which they didn't explain at all he just yelled "RELEASE THE BRAAAAAINS!!!!" and they just appeared. I am a big fan of Harry Hill and was very disappointed by this production (Harry Hill is better at half hour TV shows than making movies) which is exactly why I'll rate it a "rubbish" (two out of seven D-:)

How the Grinch stole christmas

The creepiest creature I've ever seen, in fact when I first watched the film and saw Jim Carrey as that repulsive green mutant I barely managed to keep my cool and stop myself from screaming and running out plus I had nightmares.  I personally didn't really enjoy the Grinch but I have to say it's good for small/young children. I really don't understand all the people in it, I mean they've had something done with their face that makes them look mega-scary, well what's the problem with normal people's faces are they too old and out of fashion? I think they should make a new version of the Grinch where he just does stuff like beat carol singers to death and stuff like that. I rate The Grinch a "decent" BUT that's only if you're of an age of about ten or older, if you're younger than ten then you'll probably quite enjoy it, MERRY CHRISTMAS LOSERS!!!

World War Z

I Thoroughly enjoyed World War Z a lot but it wasn't very realistic, if you get bitten by a zombie you don't turn in twelve seconds, it takes about twenty four hours which is multiplied by seven thousand two hundred and zombies don't have amazing strength, in fact they have less than humans. There is many more unrealistic stuff but that's not what this blog's about (anyway every zombie movie is unrealistic.) I quite like how they didn't actually find a cure for the zombies, they just had a "camouflage" which was basically just a medicine that makes the person who takes some invisible\unnoticed by the undead. World War Z was a great production that I will rate an "awesome." (Six out of seven.) And by the way, how in hell could any creatures with human origin climb on top of each other like that. They're humans, not ants!!!

Skyfall

FINALLY, a James Bond movie featuring Daniel Craig that isn't a "fifteen", I have to say I'm not a big fan of Bond films but this one was exceptionally good especially the amazing chase at the beginning that was so good that it could have just been the whole movie itself. The one and only thing I don't like about this Bond production is the song, Adele has ruined, and I mean ruined, the film. IT IS A HORRIFIC SONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(my fingers are probably going to drop off from all the !'s) I hereby declare Skyfall a "pretty good."

Bruce Almighty

A friend told me to watch Bruce Almighty the other day and I just watched it on Netflix, I have to say it was pretty cheesy and that that picture (above) is a bit disturbing. Just like every other movie where a guy becomes some sort of saint, Morgan Freeman plays God (my theory is that Morgan Freeman IS God and he just acts as God all the time so if anyone says he's God everyone else will say something like "yeah I bet he is..." sarcastically.) As you may have already worked out, I'm not a big fan of this production BUT that would be an understatement, I would recommend it to a friend and I did enjoy watching it (very funny) it's just that it could be better which is why I will rate Bruce Almighty a "decent." (fifty percent.)

Defiance

This World War Two set film, Defiance is AMAZING!!! and that was in capitals for a reason. It's thrilling, entertaining, scary and everything you could dream of from an action movie and the icing on the cake is the actors, if you haven't seen all three of these actors before you are officially a wicked person (not good wicked, bad wicked) and there's an awesome battle at the end against a load of Nazi's which is just phenomenal. I recommend that if you haven't already seen this war film then I demand that right now you download, buy tickets to see it in cinema or buy the DVD right now!!! I rate Defiance an "awesome" (six out of seven.)

The Men who stare at goats

When I watched the men who stare at goats I adored it, it was funny, clever, entertaining and a whole lot of other suff! They did this great joke in the movie when George Clooney told Ewan McGregor (who acted as Obi Wan Kenobi in Star Wars) "you must be a Jedi!", which is the best subtle joke ever. I decided to put this picture on the blog because it has proof that this is a funny movie, it does that thing where they have a slight joke on the DVD cover that makes you think that it's sophisticated, funny and clever, can you see it? (at the top where it has all the actors written it says at the end "and goat" sorry if it's too small to see by the way) which, to me, immediately makes me think that they're all geniuses. So I'm going to rate "the men who stare at goats" an "Awesome."
